Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and prices are accurate.

Because many Utilihaus products are made from natural wood and/or finished by hand, minor variations in grain, colour, texture and finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily defects.

This is particularly important for you.

Product availability

Products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify order information
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, any amount paid will be refunded.

Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, the customer agrees to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.

Please do not place a COD order unless you are reasonably certain that you will be available to receive it.

Customized products

Customized products are made according to the customer's specifications. Once production has begun, customization cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Customized products are not eligible for return except where they are defective or arrive damaged.

Intellectual property

All content on the Utilihaus website, including:

• Brand name
• Product photographs
• Graphics
• Text
• Designs
• Videos

is owned by or licensed to Utilihaus and may not be reproduced, copied or commercially used without permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier services, analytics providers and Shopify. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Utilihaus will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
