Delivery across Pakistan

We currently deliver to major cities and locations across Pakistan through third-party courier partners.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Customized products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are:

Lahore: 2–4 business days
Other major cities: 3–5 business days
Remote areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

We may offer promotional free-delivery offers from time to time.

Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for selected locations and orders.

We reserve the right to contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Delayed deliveries

Courier delays can occasionally occur because of:

• Weather
• Public holidays
• Road closures
• Security restrictions
• High-volume periods
• Incorrect/incomplete delivery information

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is partly outside our control. We will nevertheless assist in resolving delivery issues.

Incorrect delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Phone number
• Address
• City

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched because incorrect information was provided.

Checking your order

We recommend checking your package when it arrives. If the product appears damaged, please photograph the package and product and contact us within 48 hours.
